赤鐵礦又名紅礦, 其化學(xué)分子式為Fe2O3,它是一種弱磁性鐵礦物,可浮性較磁鐵礦好,是煉鐵的主要原料之一。其主要選礦工藝有重選、浮選和強磁磁選機或是多種選礦工藝并用,也有過磁化焙燒后弱磁選的工藝。
Hematite is also called red iron ore, and its chemical formula is Fe2O3. it is a kind of feebly magnetic iron mineral, flotability of it is better than that of magnetite and it is one of main materials for iron making. Its main mineral processing contains gravity separation, flotation separation and high intensity magnetic separation or combining with several kinds of mineral process, and also contains the process of low intensity magnetic separation after over-magnetization roasting.
早期的赤鐵礦選礦設(shè)備一般多采用重選工藝,主要有跳汰機、離心選礦機、螺旋溜槽、螺旋選礦機、搖床等,由于其選礦處理能力小,選礦品位低、回收率低而逐漸被淘汰。
Mineral process of hematite in the early time often adopted gravity separation, and it mainly included jig, centrifugal separator, spiral chute, spiral concentrator, shaking table and so on. Its capacity, grade and recovery rate of mineral process were low, so it was eliminated gradually.
后來赤鐵礦選礦發(fā)展了浮選工藝和強磁選工藝,主要以氧化石蠟皂為捕收劑的正浮選工藝和以電磁平環(huán)強磁選機為選別設(shè)備的強磁選工藝。但是其選別技術(shù)指標均沒有達到令人滿意的效果。
Mineral process of hematite developed flotation separation and high intensity magnetic separation later, and it mainly inludes direct flotation separation with oxidized parafin soap as collector and high intensity magnetic separation with electromagnetic flat ring high-intensity magnetic separator as separating equipment. But its separating technical indexes do not reach the satisfactory effect.
近年來,赤鐵礦的選礦設(shè)備取得了長足的發(fā)展,其主要選礦工藝是以電磁脈動高梯度磁選機為代表的強磁選選礦工藝和以系列為代表的反浮選選礦工藝。尤其是采用強磁——浮選聯(lián)合流程使一些礦山的赤鐵礦選別達到了鐵精礦品位,鐵精礦回收率的滿意指標。
In recent years, mineral processing of hematite has obtained considerable development, its main mineral processing includes high intensity magnetic separation mineral processing which regards electromagnetic pulsating high gradient magnetic separator as represent and reverse flotation separation which regarding series as represent. Especially, adopting a combined flowsheet of high intensity magnetic separation ---- flotation separation makes separation of hematite in some mines reach iron concentrate grade and satisfactory index of recovery rate of iron concentrate ore.
可以說我國從“六五”開始的紅礦(赤鐵礦)攻關(guān)工作已基本達到了預(yù)期的目的,紅礦選礦技術(shù)難題已基本解決。
It can be said that the key work on red iron ore (hematite) has reached expected goal from the “6th Five-year Plan” and has basically solved technical problem about mineral processing of red ore.
